Decking

Before is the wooden green and white deck. We transformed it into a nice brown with white railings. This is a double deck. One on the bottom and another on the second level.
The first pictures shown are the before pictures of the deck. As you can see it is an old wooden deck that has turned green and has paint damage. After pictures show the transformation that we did. We kept the framing of deck the same. The material will be easier to maintain.
This is the after pictures of a porch deck we replaced. It is a nice dark brown with white railings. The columns are white with a little brown detailing. This will be a nice place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee.
Before we have a red deck that is made of wood. It has no bottom covering. Then the few stairs off to the right of the deck. We tore down the red one and replaced it with a tan deck with black railings. The bottom half is now covered with lattice.
Before is an old white wooden deck that has the paint coming off. There were a few stairs coming down as well that has rotted away underneath. We pulled all the old boards out. After we replaced it with a gray decking material. We added railings to the new deck. We even included a small pergola.
Before is a second story wood deck with stairs coming down. After we have extended the top deck closer to the chimney. Replaced all the boards with white decking material and the railings with PVC.
Before we have a old deck that was painted. It needed to be replaced because some of the boards were not placed properly. After you can see we replaced the entire deck with new wood. Extended the stairs out. Added a little cubby hole on the side as well.
Before is a broken down wood deck. They had placed the green lining over the top. After we tore down the entire deck. We placed in a new framing. Shorten the size of the stairs. Placed lattice around the bottom section of the deck. We placed down a brown decking material. The railings are a white PVC.
Before is a broken down deck with mismatching boards. The stairs are completely broken off. The paint is coming off of the old boards. After we had replaced it with brand new brown decking material. For the railings we put white all around and lighting for each post. There is also lighting under each stair for at night you can see when walking down.
Before is a gray wooden deck. Underneath the boards were rotting away making this deck unsafe. After we tore up the old boards and removed them. We built a new frame for the deck. It was very similar to the old one, but with a few modifications. We also added railings around certain parts of the deck.
